The Right Nutrition Today Shapes Your Child's Health for Life

Good nutrition in the first 1000 days — from conception to age 2 — has a lifelong impact on a child's brain development, immunity, and chronic disease risk. At Nurture Wellness Clinic, Dr. Gaurav Singh provides individualised, culturally sensitive, and practical nutrition guidance that works for your family.

Infant Feeding (0–6 months)

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is recommended by WHO and IAP. We provide hands-on breastfeeding support including latch assessment, milk supply concerns, nipple pain management, and pumping guidance. For families choosing formula feeding, we help select the right formula and establish a safe feeding routine.

Complementary Feeding (6–12 months)

Introducing solids is one of the most exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — phases of infant feeding. We guide you through the what, when, and how of introducing first foods, including texture progression, allergen introduction, iron-rich foods, and avoiding common mistakes.

Toddler & Preschool Nutrition (1–5 years)

Picky eating, food refusals, snack preferences over meals — these are extremely common toddler behaviours. We provide evidence-based strategies to manage picky eating, build a healthy relationship with food, ensure balanced intake without force feeding, and address micronutrient deficiencies (iron, zinc, Vitamin D) common in Indian children.

Parenting Guidance

Beyond nutrition, we counsel parents on age-appropriate discipline techniques, screen time limits, language stimulation strategies, managing sibling dynamics, and supporting positive emotional development. Parenting is the most important job — we walk alongside you.

Special Dietary Needs

Managing nutrition for children with allergies, lactose intolerance, faltering growth, or chronic illness requires specialist guidance. We provide tailored dietary plans and coordinate with dietitians when needed.
